I was not excited to spend this much for a replacement stand for my TV, but this one looks good- we wanted the black one, but this one offered free shipping. The base is a grey/silverish painted wood and the supports in back are chrome. I was a little worried this would not work with the plasma monitor I had recently purchased because it was not a TV. However, This worked perfectly! There were many different options to choose from to mount the monitor. I was very pleased with the shipping time and definitely pleased with the quality. The only reason I would give this a 4 star rating is because of the price. Where the material is quality, the product is geared to be highly profitable for the company. I would have been okay with something between $100-$120.
