Love this bouncer. Used it with my daughter starting at about one month of age. She is 15 months old now and takes her little board books and sits and rocks in it while she reads. My son is a skinny 3 year old and he enjoys sitting in it too, and can still do so safely. Was a great purchase, as I was able to take it outside and set her up in it when she was small to hang laundry, etc and still be able to watch her and keep an eye on my toddler son. Mine is the mesh "air" one which was great for where I live in Hawaii, and I definitely recommend it for warmer climates that don't use AC. Nice that it moves without batteries for the environment, your pocketbook, and your child's causality development. Had the attached toy too and that was also a hit; didn't like the terrycloth towel/blanket thing - I guess this is meant to be used when taking a baby out of a bath? I never used the blanket. Again, the bouncer and toy are great, though!

He loves to hang out in this thing! He chills here in all places in the house and can occasionally be bounced to sleep if I sit there and tap it with my foot. Surprisingly, I thought it would annoy me to bounce him but I have tapped my foot with him in here (when he was really little and couldn't bounce himself yet) for hours while typing, watching TV, etc. If your child is already sleeping and set them down in here (while supervising of course) it is very easy to slide them into the harness versus trying to click a bunch of buckles.

I love that it folds up, the cover comes off super easy to wash and it has various reclining positions. It travels all over our home to wherever I need it. It is very sturdy and attractive as a bonus. I feel very safe with him in this as opposed to the more conclave, plastic and heavily padded alternatives out there!

This chair gave us freedom. We just had our first child, and I stay at home with her while my husband works. We are too far away from family for them to offer us any help, so we have been going it on our own. This chair made that possible. It seems from there other reviews that most parents start using this chair around 3 months. We started at 1 month. However this could just be because our child was born bigger than most (10 lbs!) and she could already hold her head up somewhat. She also preferred to spend most of the day awake and entertained instead of curled up in a cute little newborn ball sleeping away. Thus this chair allowed me to provide her a safe spot while I cooked, cleaned or used the bathroom. She also joins us at the dinner table in it and we get to have a dinner like almost adults. My only concern is that it seems to be a bit too reclined even on the least reclined setting, but because it is made of metal, my husband was able to bend the chair a little bit and make it sit up a bit taller like they have in some of the pictures. My daughter is starting to sit up now and I wonder how long she will last in it. Also, sometimes she does not want to be in it at all. It took me awhile to figure this out but it seems she is afraid she is falling sometimes. But that comes and goes. An expensive chair, but well worth the money. Also SUPER easy setup (there isn't any, it comes assembled) and no batteries! Yay!
