I am very happy with this chair and the matching ottoman. They arrived promptly, undamaged, and just as described in the ad. However, I was hoping for a color a bit more like beige than white and it is pretty much white. One of the views in the ad showed it as almost saddle-colored.

but the arm rests are very low and it's a little hard.

I love the chair; easy to assemble; some reviewers thought the back was low--I think it is perfect--definitely recommend getting the ottoman. I ordered it and am happy with it too. Goes with any decor; nice fabric.
